Explore aerial silk, rope, trapeze and lyra (aerial hoop) in this beginners class and feel your strength, flexibility and confidence growing as you progress through the term. Discover the amazing things that your body can do.
No prior experience is required to join this class.
N.B. clothing with zips are not to be worn to aerials classes.
