This brand new position has been created to share the heart of CircusWA – elevating our profile, telling powerful stories across our programs, and bringing others in to be part of our vibrant and inclusive community.
While self-directed, this role is regularly collaborative, working with the Operations team to implement your strategy and CircusWA’s community events.
A laptop will be provided on your first day, as well as a full induction program to introduce you to the world and work of CircusWA.

The start date is dependent on when the committed funding for this position lands. We expect this to be mid-March and will keep applicants up to date as the process continues.
We need a Training Program Manager to electrify the Circus Substation, creating consistency across our skills programs and provide strong support for our training team.
This role is largely self-directed and reports to the Artistic Director, while collaborating with Trainers and other creatives contracted to support our creative programs.
A laptop will be provided on your first day, as well as a full induction program to introduce you to the world and work of CircusWA.
Experience as a circus trainer is essential to be successful in this role, however it is not essential that you have taught at CircusWA before.
