We are seeking a bold, articulate, and brave human to help grow philanthropic investments for our youth programs

CircusWA is a training and development centre for circus arts in the heart of Fremantle. For over 30years the centre has nurtured emerging artists who now perform around the world. Via one development group and two performance troupes CircusWA is generating real life opportunities for young people to become unique and skilled performers. CircusWA is committed to Social Circus and works to grow accessibility in all their programs. With troupe performers they create shows to enrich participants’ comprehension of contemporary issues while reflecting their voices for the future.

With the support of Creative Partnerships Australia’s PLUS+1 funding we are launching our Western Circus Revolution campaign. Expressions of Interest are now open from creative and engaging individuals who have the capacity to connect with and communicate the profound impact that giving to our youth programs will have on the future of circus, and growing emerging adults for Western Australia.

CONTRACTED P/T position December 2021 – July 2022 |hours and remuneration open for negotiation

The person chosen will:

  • be responsible for the delivery of the organisation’s fundraising strategy
  • work alongside our Artistic Director and Board representative
  • work with donors, trusts and foundations
  • activate new and strengthen existing donor relationships for the circus
