Julieta Mastrapasqua

Julieta’s roots are Latin-American so that is the language  her body and soul speak.
She is a world trotter who has been travelling for the last 10 years through five continents , finally settling and calling Australia home.

Julieta has been practicing Aerial Acrobatics for 14 years and dance (Salsa, Afro and Twerk) for her entire life. She combines the two beautiful disciplines to create a Latin style Aerial Dance, which is the definition of this art form she shares with the circus community.

Teaching gives Julieta great satisfaction! By keeping bodies active whilst having fun, and aiming to strengthen the student’s self-confidence by engaging their physical capabilities. It is a discipline that can be taught from multiple approaches, so it suits any age and sportive background.

Julieta shares, “When performing, I embrace the wilderness and sovereignty innate to all women as a reclamation of the feminine wisdom that we should have never left behind. Moving my body is the sincerest way I find to express my most intimate emotions.  I hope the passion I love sharing, enriches people around me in a beautiful way.”
